The bottom of my laptop expanded and looked like it needed to be snapped back together but it wouldn’t fit. Upon opening it up, I found that the battery was “swollen”. My tech support suggested that I should buy a new laptop. Instead, I bought this new battery. My son replaced it in under 5 minutes (just a few screws). We popped the bottom back on & it has been working perfectly for weeks. No thanks to my corporate tech support!
