Everything was great. Arrived in record time. Works very well. Battery was hard to install, but it was not the fault of the batter but the particular laptop I had. Once I got to the batter, it was quite simple to install.I would definitely recommend it.

The battery is great - it actually charges (unlike my last one) and lasts for a while. The battery was a bit difficult to install. The screws did not align perfectly with the holes, but they aligned enough to fit after some adjusting. The battery messed with my track pad which made the buttons more difficult to use, but they still work. My husband says I might have just tightened the screws too much when installing the battery.
