There are plenty of tutorials available for battery replacement, for me it was straightforward and easy. The included magnetic screwdrivers were a nice touch, but I wouldn't expect them to last too long -- they were starting to deform slightly after a single installation. Still, very handy if you don't have the specific screwdriver required for dell laptops. After installation my battery icon disappeared, but that was just a matter of turning the drivers on and off again, so very easy to google and fix.

Seems to be about equivalent to the factory battery when new. I was down to the old battery not taking any charge and the laptop just shutting off. Fair price and seems to be a good battery - and good replacements are hard to find these days.
