I didn't want to spend a lot on my first battery replacement attempt. Now I know that my 2011 Air works and just needed a new battery.After install, I only had about 2.5 hours of life and wrote a pretty bad review.After doing a firmware update on my Air, the battery is now giving me about 4.5 hours hours with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on, typing in Word with Chrome open. So not too bad. Considering that I had a dead laptop a week ago and didn't want to spend a lot, this battery is a good deal. Anyone getting a low battery life should definitely do a firmware update before deciding whether this battery works well.

Fit my Asus perfectly and seems to hold at least as much charge as the OEM battery. Couldn't possibly be any better unless it had an integrated church key ... :D

The original battery, now about six years old, was of little use unless on the charger. This replacement makes remote work possible again. The price was fair and the ordering/delivery process excellent. . . . Installation was easier because the computer involved (ASUS X500C) has slider releases for the battery compartment--no screws to remove, but it still seems to take "three hands" to do it.
